6 daily steps to activate “The Secret”
As the movie “The Secret” presented the first thing to do before all is to clarify what you really want. Decide, write down and talk about what you want, not what you don’t want. Be as specific and precise as possible. Then each and every day do the following steps.
- Morning intention, Visualization and Releasing.
Before getting up in the morning spend 5 mn to focus on your desires, goals and intentions: sit in a comfortable position, close, your eyes and visualize your desires ,goals as already being fulfilled, at least 1mn on each core desires and goals. You can also take some time to visualize your day exactly as you would like it to be.
While doing that you may have some thoughts like “I cannot….” “it’s not possible…” “to difficult..”, “too expensive…”, “I am not capable….”……this are limiting beliefs from your childhood. Don’t fight or argue with the thoughts, just release it. It is important to also spend some time feeling the feelings you would feel if you had already manifested your desire in life. The intensity of the feelings is what fuels the intensity of the attraction
- Use external images to keep you focused on your goals
Surround yourself with visual images of the things and experiences you want to attract into your life, like the ideal home, relationship, job, perfect health, inner peace,…post then every where in your house, or do a PowerPoint on your computer or a presentation board,…combine pictures and words, do a dream book into plastic page protectors. And each time you look at those pictures, repeat to your self “This is mine now, This is who I am.” And “ I am happy and grateful that….”
- Be Positive
Make sure your thoughts are in alignment with having and producing your desires .
Avoid feelings of disappointment, resentment, frustrations, or anger about your experiences and circumstances.
It is your feelings which are created by your thoughts, opinions, and beliefs that are attracting your current circumstances. You must make a vibrational shift by changing
your thoughts to ones that make you feel better, that would raise your vibrations. You must become a vibrational mach for the things and experiences that you want to attract into your life. Focus your thoughts on what give you joy, and your actions on what you love to do.
- Be grateful
Spend time every day, morning or evening, to focus on all the things you are grateful for .Don’t take anything for granted, no matter what situation you are in there is always something to be grateful about. The more you are grateful the more you will attract things and experiences to be grateful for.
- Take action
You need to take action .If you want a better car, go and test drive the car that you want, save 10% of your income in a “car account”, if you want to be a doctor apply to medical school. Once you begin to do this, the universe will start responding by sending people, recourses, opportunities , and you will find that you get “inspired” ideas…act on them! They will lead you down a path of wonderful fulfillment. If you are feeling good while doing them, then you are on the right track.
- Acknowledge that it is working
If you start to see something changing for the better, acknowledge it, appreciate it, when you find the perfect parking space, or you receive an unexpected amount of money, acknowledge it, when you meet someone who can help you in achieving your goal, acknowledge that the Law of attraction is working, the more you notice the more it will work ! Simple, isn’t it?
If you attract things that you don’t want, it’s still working only you need to realize what is it you are focusing on, thinking about, talking about, feeling about,! To change those undesired results , you have to chance your vibration by changing your thoughts and feelings.
