Reiki & Other Healing Methods—It All Amounts to Energy, Love & God

If you are attracted to energy healing now, it’s likely that you were a healer in past lives. Perhaps you did this work, for example, as a Native American, Eastern Indian, Asian, or in a lost civilization such as Atlantis.

Everyone has some healing ability, and some have more than others. This is not a “gift” as some people call it. That would imply that some great force in the Universe arbitrarily gave that one person a “gift” instead of to another person, and things don’t work like that in the spirit world. There’s always a reason why someone has a talent, and that reason is largely because the talent was developed over lifetimes. They’ve done it before, many times.

Regarding Reiki, this is an energy healing modality that can only be transferred from teacher to student because the teacher uses specific symbols to open the student to the Reiki energy. Those with a natural talent for healing will be able to use the energy more so than those without a talent, but usually those with a talent are drawn to Reiki.

 

It’s possible, in our opinion, that Reiki was one of the first energy healing methods, but it didn’t go by the name of Reiki until it was rediscovered by a monk in Japan long ago. Reiki is a great way to access healing ability.

There are many other healing methods. Some of them are just Reiki or other forms of “hands-on” healing with a new name and techniques added. But all stem from ancient energy healing methods used in Egypt, Atlantis, and elsewhere. It’s all basically the same thing: Energy/Love/God.

If you would like to practice healing work, we recommend starting with some research about ancient energy healing methods, including the first known methods that were used in India, Egypt, and with Native Americans. Learning about these will stimulate your subconscious memories of when you were a healer in past lives. Follow your intuition and you will be guided about what to do next in order to develop your healing abilities.

By the way, avoid all drugs if you want to keep your intuition clear and open to your healing energy as they will cut you off from “the source” (i.e., White Light, or God) and attract negative energy.

Faith is the head chemist of the mind. FAITH is a state of mind which may be induced, or created, by affirmation or repeated instructions to the subconscious mind, through the principle of auto-suggestion.In connection with this, consider the statement, ALL THOUGHTS WHICH HAVE BEEN EMOTIONALIZED, (given feeling) AND MIXED WITH FAITH, begin immediately to translate any emotions.Not only thought impulses which have been mixed with FAITH, but those which have been mixed with any of the positive emotions, or any of the negative emotions, may reach, and influence the subconscious mind.

From this statement, you will understand that the subconscious mind will translate into its physical equivalent, a thought impulse of a negative or destructive nature, just as readily as it will act upon thought impulses of a positive or constructive nature.

This accounts for the strange phenomenon which so many millions of people experience, referred to as “misfortune,” or “bad luck.” There are millions of people who BELIEVE themselves “doomed” to poverty and failure, because of some strange force over which they BELIEVE they have no control. They are the creators of their own “misfortunes,” because of this negative BELIEF, which is picked up by the subconscious mind, and translated into its physical equivalent.

Your BELIEF, or FAITH, is the element which determines the action of your subconscious mind .

HOW to have faith.

Faith is a state of mind, and that it may be induced by self-suggestion.”

It is a well known fact that one comes, finally, to BELIEVE whatever one repeats to one’s self, whether the statement be true or false. If a man repeats a lie over and over, he will eventually accept the lie as truth.

Resolve to throw off the influences of any unfortunate environment, and to build your own life to ORDER. Taking inventory of mental assets and liabilities, you will discover that your greatest weakness is lack of self-confidence.

SELF-CONFIDENCE FORMULA

1.. I know that I have the ability to achieve the object of my Definite Purpose in life, therefore, I DEMAND of myself persistent, continuous action toward its attainment, and I here and now promise to render such action.

2.. I realize the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward, physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality, therefore, I will concentrate my thoughts for thirty minutes daily, upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to become, thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.

3.. I know through the principle of auto-suggestion, any desire that I persistently hold in my mind will eventually seek expression through some practical means of attaining the object back of it, therefore, I will devote ten minutes daily to demanding of myself the development of SELF-CONFIDENCE.

4.. I have clearly written down a description of my DEFINITE CHIEF AIM in life, and I will never stop trying, until I shall have developed sufficient self-confidence for its attainment.

5.. I fully realize that no wealth or position can long endure, unless built upon truth and justice, therefore, I will engage in no transaction which does not benefit all whom it affects. I will succeed by attracting to myself the forces I wish to use, and the cooperation of other people. I will induce others to serve me, because of my willingness to serve others. I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism, by developing love for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success. I will cause others to believe in me, because I will believe in them, and in myself.

I will sign my name to this formula, commit it to memory, and repeat it aloud once a day, with full FAITH that it will gradually influence my THOUGHTS and ACTIONS so that I will become a self-reliant, and successful person.

This is just a small fraction on this topic. The important fact about it is – it WORKS for the glory and success of you, IF it is used constructively.

I use this Self-Confidence Formula every morning and all I can say is: DO IT! Every morning when you wake up start with your own Self-Confidence Formula. Take the time for it. Stand up 45 minutes before the rest of the family, tell it to yourself with full FAITH that it will gradually influence your THOUGHTS and ACTIONS .

Use it constructively and achieve whatever you want.

What is Reiki?
This wonderful life-enhancing energy was rediscovered by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan. Reiki means Universal Life-force Energy. It is the healing power of the Universe which is all around us.


What can Reiki do for me?
Reiki goes to all levels of our being – Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions – wherever we need it most. It brings balance and harmony. It can revitalize or relax. It enhances the healing process and supports us on our journey of Spiritual Enfoldment.

It is worth noting that Reiki energy always comes from the unlimited Divine Source, and so the practitioner’s energy is never depleted. How does it work?

Reiki therapist acts as a channel for the universal life force energy. The energy enters the body at the Crown chakra and leaves mainly through the chakras on the hands. Can anyone become a Reiki Healer?

Reiki is a simple technique to learn. The ability to use Reiki is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master. Its use is not dependent on intellectual capacity or level of spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been taught successfully to people of all ages, backgrounds, colors and creeds.
Reiki has an intelligence of its own flowing where it is needed in the recipient and creating the healing conditions necessary for an individual’s needs. It cannot be quided by the human mind there it is not limited by the experience or ability of the practitioner. Neither can it be misused as it always creates a healing effect.
What training is involved?

Reiki does not require excessive discipline or years of training to develop the healing ability. Reiki comes to us rather as a gift. The ability to channel the Reiki energy comes immediately to the student upon receiving attunements at various levels from the Master. The attunement’s energy is guided by the Higher Intelligence and makes adjustments within itself for each student so that each receives exactly what they need in order to begin channeling reiki immediately. During the attunement, the Higher Intelligence actually adjusts and heals the student’s chakras and energy fields and connects the student directly to the source of Reiki.
What levels of tuition are available?

Reiki is taught in 3 stages:

Level I is about learning how to heal yourself and those physically present. Once you have received the 4 traditional attunements, all you need to do is place your hands on you, someone or something with the intent to heal and the energy will flow through you.

Level II concentrates mainly on absent or distance healing. You will be taught how to heal persons or animals that are not physically present, and how to send energy to a goal or situation. The Level II attunement opens up your energy system further

Level III is the highest level in traditional Reiki, and following the final attunement the amount of energy which you can channel becomes much stronger. Third degree Reiki is also known as the Master/Teacher Level, and you are now able to teach and initiate others in Reiki, should you wish to do so
